These Guidelines cover community posts, comments, direct messages, public characters and scripts, profiles, images, audio and other user-generated content and form part of our Terms.
Every participant must meet the age requirement. Adult themes must comply with local law, platform age ratings and in-app visibility controls. Pornographic explicit content, sexual solicitation or public-community activity primarily intended for pornography is not allowed.
Never post, request or threaten to distribute another person's intimate imagery, voice, identity or conversations without consent. Stop an interaction when consent is withdrawn.
Child sexual abuse or exploitation material (CSAM/CSAE), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexualization of minors and requesting, possessing, generating or sharing sexual content involving a minor are prohibited. This includes real, fictional, AI-generated and age-ambiguous depictions.
We may immediately remove content, ban accounts, preserve necessary evidence and report to competent authorities as required. If age is ambiguous, do not create or publish sexualized content.
Harassment, hate, threats, stalking, humiliation, inciting violence, encouraging self-harm, doxxing, scams, spam, malicious impersonation and manipulating engagement are prohibited.
Do not pass off an AI character or generated content as a real person, or use a real person's image, voice or identity for unauthorized intimate or deceptive content.
Publish only content you own or are authorized to use. Respect copyright, trademarks, publicity, privacy and performer rights. Paid or sensitive content must be described accurately and must not use misleading covers, titles or pricing claims.
Use in-app tools to report posts, comments, users, waveforms or message requests and to block unwanted interactions. Contact local emergency services first where someone faces immediate physical danger.
Depending on severity, context and repetition, we may reduce distribution, remove content, warn, restrict features, suspend or terminate an account. Where available, appeal through the notification or feedback channel.
Report child-safety, CSAM or CSAE concerns in the app and email echoai@realaura.ai with “Child Safety” in the subject. Do not forward illegal images or video by email; provide a content link, user ID or other safe locator.
