ErosVibe Terms of Service

By registering, signing in, clicking to agree or continuing to use the Service, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Features may depend on platform, region, device model, account status, version or local law. The descriptions, prices and eligibility terms shown in the app at the time form part of the applicable service terms.

ErosVibe is only for people who are at least 18, have reached the age of majority where they live and can enter a binding contract. Minors must not register or use the Service.

The Service may include adult, intimacy or sexual themes. You must not access restricted features where such content is unlawful. We may use reasonable age declarations, verification and access controls.

The Service may include AI text, image and voice interactions, long-term memory, character and script creation, live voice, community posts and messaging, creator tools, memberships and credits, and connection, control and media sync for compatible smart devices.

AI characters are not people and are not conscious. Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances and are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other professional advice.

We may reasonably update, add, limit, suspend or discontinue features and will provide notice where required by law or where a change materially affects users.

You may create or access an account using email and password or supported Google and Apple sign-in. Keep your information accurate and protect passwords, verification codes and signed-in devices.

Unless expressly allowed, you may not sell, rent or transfer an account or impersonate another person. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your credentials and contact us promptly.

You can permanently delete your account in the app's account settings. Account deletion does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Apple, Google or another store.

To generate replies, voice, images, scripts and memory summaries and to perform safety checks, we and our processors handle prompts, conversations, media, character settings and relevant context you submit. Do not submit another person's confidential data without authority.

Available tools let you review, correct or delete some conversations and memories. Generated or saved content remains subject to system limits, synchronization delays and lawful retention requirements.

ErosVibe does not use AI to make final decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. Recommendations, moderation and fraud controls may use automated signals, with review or appeal channels where available.

You retain your rights in text, images, audio, characters, scripts, posts, comments and other content you own, and represent that you have every right and consent needed to submit and license it.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free and sublicensable license to host, transmit, display, moderate, back up, reformat and otherwise use that content as necessary to operate the Service for you and your selected audience. Public content can be viewed, engaged with or shared by other users.

Do not infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark or other rights. After deletion, lawful copies held by others, public-content remnants and records we must legally retain may not disappear immediately or completely.

Child sexual abuse or exploitation material, sexualization of minors, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and attempts to present an adult character as a minor are strictly prohibited.

You must not post non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual violence or coercion, or engage in harassment, hate, threats, stalking, doxxing, scams, impersonation, malware distribution or unlawful activity.

Do not evade age, safety, payment or moderation systems or scrape, reverse engineer, attack or disrupt the Service without authorization. The Community Guidelines contain additional content, reporting and enforcement rules.

Use only supported devices in good condition and follow manufacturer instructions, health restrictions and local law. Remote control requires the clear, ongoing and revocable consent of every participant.

Stop immediately if you experience pain, numbness, discomfort, device malfunction or loss of control. Exercise, steps, calendar and body-training features are general experiences, not diagnosis, treatment or emergency services.

Prices, billing periods, taxes, renewal and cancellation terms for subscriptions, credits, digital content and benefits are shown in the app and store at purchase. Consumed digital benefits are generally non-refundable except where law or store rules require otherwise.

Credits are not deposits or legal tender and have no cash value unless an eligible creator program expressly provides otherwise. Creator eligibility, revenue share, review, settlement, bank fees and taxes are governed by the applicable creator terms.

Cancel store subscriptions before deleting your account. Deleting an ErosVibe account does not cancel renewal instructions already held by an app store.

We may review content and behavior using automated and human processes and take proportionate action, including reducing distribution, removing content, limiting features, suspending or terminating accounts.

We consider severity, context, repeated behavior and legal duties. You may provide context through an available appeal channel; urgent safety restrictions can remain active during review.

The ErosVibe software, interface, marks, brand, system content and technology belong to us or our licensors. Except as these Terms allow, you may not copy, sell, modify, sublicense or build a competing service from them.

We may use product suggestions without identifying you to improve the Service. Feedback attachments and support records remain handled under the Privacy Policy.

The Service may depend on app stores and sign-in, payment, cloud storage, AI, voice, push, moderation and communication providers. Components provided directly by third parties may also be governed by their terms.

We do not control a third-party platform's availability or policies. Our Privacy Policy explains the data categories and purposes involved when processors work for us.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise uninterrupted or completely secure operation or that AI output, user content or third-party services will always be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses. Our total liability will not exceed what you paid for the relevant Service in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

You may stop using or delete your account. We may suspend or end access for a breach, security risk, legal requirement, permanent shutdown or to protect others.

Terms that should survive by nature—including intellectual property, payment, liability, dispute resolution and lawful retention duties—continue after termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region without depriving you of non-waivable consumer protections where you live.

We will first try to resolve disputes informally. Unresolved disputes will be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre under its then-current rules, seated in Hong Kong before one arbitrator in English. Where mandatory law prohibits arbitration, a competent court may hear the dispute.

We may update these Terms for legal, service or operational changes. Material updates will be announced through the app, website, email or another reasonable channel with a new version and effective date. Contact echoai@realaura.ai with questions.
