ErosVibe lets you permanently delete your account inside the app. If you cannot access the app, you can also start a deletion request from this page.
Send from the registered email and never include a password or verification code.
Sign in to ErosVibe, open Me or your profile, go to Settings and select Delete account. Read the warning and type the confirmation phrase shown on screen.
After confirmation, remote account deletion starts and the local session and account cache are cleared. This cannot be undone.
Use the button below to email echoai@realaura.ai from your registered address. Include the registered email, sign-in method and an explicit request to permanently delete your ErosVibe account. Never include a password or verification code.
To prevent malicious deletion, we may reasonably verify that you own the account.
Deletion covers account profile data and account-linked conversations, memories, community content and service data that are no longer needed. Lawful copies held by others and transaction, safety, moderation, anti-fraud or dispute records that must be retained may not be erased immediately.
Backup copies expire through normal rotation. Data retained for a lawful reason will not be used for an unrelated purpose.
Before deleting, cancel automatic renewal in the App Store, Google Play or the original purchase channel. Deleting your ErosVibe account does not cancel a store-managed subscription or refund process.
